We had a family emergency but Mr Mobility did not waiver before the challenge.
We were very impressed with your kind understanding and professional service. Within 3 days the orthopedic bed was received and it delivered all as promised. If your need is a futuristic and upgraded “hospital” bed at home , and with much more comfort and aesthetics or just to assist with some general health problems ,then this bed is for you.

It took me months and many searches to finally decide on this bed. Eventually I pushed the button and felt a bit of remorse… it’s a big purchase! Little did I know then it would be one of the best decisions.
The bed arrived earlier than expected, friendly (personalised) delivery too, and boy was I surprised! The finishing, the mechanisms, even the casters are beautiful and sturdy. The mechanism runs quietly (a big bonus after a squeaky hospital bed) and the mattress is of great quality. The stitching and finishes of this bed gives it the feel of a designer piece with purpose.
I can honestly say that it’s worth spending a little bit more to get this bed. Needless to say, very happy with this purchase – we have a happy sleeping home again.

I never thought I would be in the market for a bed like this; however, after a family emergency, it became very clear that a bed like this was not a luxury but a necessity.
After considerable deliberation, I took the plunge. In spite of a mix-up with the mattresses (we received a 3/4 instead of the single due to an error with the courier), Mr Mobility was very quick to respond. They offered us a replacement mattress and pulled out all the stops to have it delivered as soon as physically possible.

After renting a hospital bed for my husband, who had a stroke, for over a year, he decided to buy one because it offered the same features as the hospital bed plus a massaging function. While the bed itself is great, the mattress isn’t suitable for him as a stroke patient. After just a week, the foam mattress already showed an imprint of his body, and now he’s suffering from severe back pain. He needs a firm mattress. We were advised to buy any “suitable” mattress from bed shops since there are no alternatives provided, but I’m not sure how a regular mattress would work with the adjustable features. The bed is a 3/4 size. Any suggestions for a suitable mattress and where to find one? I have rated the bed 2 stars because the mattress is always the most important aspect of a bed and unfortunately this mattress is not suitable for his condition.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about your husband’s discomfort. We completely understand how important the right mattress is, especially in his condition.
Just to add some context, the bed comes with a gel memory foam / orthopedic mattress, which is specifically selected for these types of beds. It’s designed to mould to the body and distribute pressure more evenly, which generally helps with pressure care for patients spending extended time in bed. In many cases, a slightly softer, more adaptive surface reduces pressure points, whereas a very firm mattress can sometimes increase them.
That said, comfort is very personal, and we completely appreciate that this hasn’t worked for your husband.
We would really like to help make this right. We can look at arranging a firmer mattress option, potentially even having one made to better suit his needs. If you’re open to it, it would help to know:
• What level of firmness he prefers (e.g. medium-firm, firm)
• What type of mattress he was using previously that worked well
We can then try match something as closely as possible.
Just to mention, changing mattress types can sometimes involve a short adjustment period, but we absolutely understand that in your husband’s case, comfort and support are critical.
