Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver throughout South Africa, and delivery is free on all orders above R1500.
Can I claim from my medical aid?
Many of our products may be claimable. We're SAHPRA registered with a BHF practice number and provide the documentation you need.
Do you offer rentals?
Yes. Hospital beds, patient lifters and mobility scooters are available to rent in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Do you service and repair equipment?
We supply genuine spares and offer servicing and repairs, with caring support long after your purchase.
How long does delivery take?

We deliver Monday to Friday. If your delivery would fall on a weekend, it arrives the next working day, so a Friday dispatch to Johannesburg arrives on the Monday. Order before 14:00 for same-day dispatch.
